Spangles are round-shaped beads used for decorative purposes. They are available in a wide variety of colors and geometrical shapes. It is called with a lot of names ; bangle, beam, jewel, spangle, sparkle and tinsel. But today mostly this days they call it "bling-bling" fabric because of its sparkling effect that makes this fabric a real show stopper.
