Return any product in new condition within 30 days for a refund. Start a return here.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is due to Homeford.com. We do not accept returns for special order items, some holiday items, and glass vases. Returns may be subject to a 20% return fee.

Please note that Homeford.com policies may differ from Homeford policies via our other stores (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google Shopping, Walmart, etc.).

Refunds
We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return the item to us for a refund. Then, please place a new order.
